Zanshin Security's core team members came out of MIT's network security effort, and we have brought away from that a number of insights that greatly influence our work. We often integrate different solutions to a problem, borrowing from other approaches and disciplines. We never begin by assuming the answer; we want to fully understand your situation so that we can offer the highest possible value.

We founded this company for two reasons. First, because we feel we have unique perspective and expertise to contribute. Our team has extensive experience deploying emerging technologies and integrating them into existing infrastructure, processes, and organizational cultures. We also have considerable expertise in responding to network incidents, particularly in managing large network events. Our background securing large, complex, and prominent networks has given us unique approaches and skills that greatly benefit our clients.

The second reason is more philosophical, both for the customers that we do business with, and for ourselves. Integrity matters to us, both personally and organizationally. There are many opportunities in this field to take shortcuts when approaching some problems. We belive in finding the right solution for our clients. Our company deals fairly, and generously, with our employees. From an organizational standpoint, our word is our bond.
